3. The textbook should include chapters about

1. the hepatitis viruses A (25 pages), B+D (110 pages), C (110 pages), and E (15 pages), including
   • History
   • Virology
   • Natural History
   • Epidemiology
   • Prevention

   • Clinical Presentation and Complications
   • Treatment and Management
2. Management of late-stage liver disease (80 pages)
3. Drugs and drug interactions (60 pages)
